Anne McIntyre leads our financial group. Anne is an accountant with over 30 years experience across a broad range of roles in the resources industry with positions in major companies such as BHP, ARCO and MIM Holdings as well privately held investment organsations including AMCI and First Reserve Corporation. Anne has worked on mine sites as well as in corporate roles and has significant experience in M&A and contract negotiation. Anne is presently engaged as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee for Calibre Group Limited as well as assisting and mentoring a number of small businesses across a range of industries including entertainment, advertising and mining services. Anne has experience with a wide range of accounting systems and financial tools. Anne's focus in business is to ensure that support services help not hinder.

Sean Cuffe is high performing senior HSSE professional with over 15 years experience within major CSG, construction and infrastructure projects, construction contractors and government safety regulator. Sean has championed the development of people and processes on major CSG, civil and construction projects to continually improve HSEQ and ensure delivery of safe, effective and timely outcomes. He is solutions focussed with a solid background of improving safety and system compliance by establishing VIPP (Visualisation In Participatory Programs) training frameworks—successfully engaging teams, achieving better buy-in and sharing knowledge to enhance health, safety, security and environment solutions
